About
The first curated exhibition in Korea by the internationally renowned architectural design group BIG is being held at the Seoul Urban Architecture Exhibition Hall. Bjarke Ingels, the founder of BIG, is known for an architectural style that is distinctive and experimental while also considering users’ purposes and experiences. This exhibition offers a glimpse into his creativity through exhibits and models organized around 10 architectural materials, including stone, earth, concrete, metal, and wood. Visitors can examine the past and present of architecture as presented by BIG and explore directions for sustainable urban architecture in the future. In addition to the curated exhibition, public participation programs are planned, including a special lecture by BIG founder Bjarke Ingels on the theme of future urban architecture.
